Return and Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal In compliance with the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receipt without providing a reason. 2. Return Procedure To initiate a return, please contact Chromatopia at [contact@chromatopia.store]. Once the return is requested, you have 7 days to ship the item back to our designated address in Tbilisi. 3. Condition for Refund Posters must be returned in their original packaging (protective tubes/sleeves) and must be in "as new" condition. Chromatopia reserves the right to refuse a refund or provide a partial refund if the item arrives damaged due to improper return packaging. 4. Processing Refunds Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the return notification, provided the goods have been received. Funds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout via TBC Bank.
